上海石化节能减排成效回顾与展望

石油化工是能耗最大的工业之一。中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司以中国石化集团公司下达的十一五节能指标为目标,依靠技术进步,挖掘节能潜力,优化原料和燃料结构,降低资源消耗,提升装置经济技术指标和能源利用率。2010年实现了万元产值综合能源消费1.311 t标煤,比2005年同期的1.706 t标煤下降23.15%,完成了十一五节能20%的目标。按照上海石化十二五发展规划,能源消费总量将达到13 M t标煤左右,必须进一步提高能源资源利用率,控制污染物排放总量,加快形成有利于节约资源和保护环境的生产模式,为发展低碳经济做出新贡献。
