高光泽耐热型聚丙烯专用料研制

摘    要:小家电专用料与通用注塑料的区别主要在于其具备更高的光泽、耐热性、硬度和模量,在聚合过程中采用新型催化体系,添加功能助剂以及新型润滑剂,可以优化聚丙烯(PP)分子排列结构,改变结晶形态,提高表面光泽度,提岛专用料的力学性能和结晶潜能。同时增加润滑效果,使制品成型收缩率适当减小,提高制品的尺寸稳定性和美观性。研制得到的高光泽耐热型聚丙烯专用料综合性能达到了国外同类产品的水平。

Abstract:The main differences between special materials for small household electrical appliances and general injection molding plastics lie in the higher apparent luster,heat resistance,hardness and modulus.Research indicated that adopting new type catalyzing system,adding functional accessory ingredients and new type lubricants in the polymerizing process could optimize the structural arrangement of PP molecules,change the crystal habit,improve the apparent luster of products,and increase the comprehensive mechanical property and crystallizing potential of the special material.Meanwhile,it could promote the lubricating effects,moderately reduce the molding shrinkage ratio of products,and improve the dimensional stability and elegance of products. The comprehensive properties of the prepared high luster heat resisting PP special material reach the level of foreign products of the same kind.
