入世后我国石油石化业的竞争环境和竞争对策

加入WTO后，我国的石油石化企业面临着跨国大公司的竞争，形势相当严峻。我国的油气资源相对缺乏，为此，应该采取充分利用国外的油气资源、建立石油储备、发展规模经济、强化品牌意识、扩大合作，加快技术创新步伐、提高营销水平、降低生产成本等措施来提高竞争能力，并充分利用WTO的有关规则来保护自己。

Competitive Environment and Countermeasures of Petroleum and Petrochemical Industries in Our Country after Entering into WTO

After entering into WTO,the petroleum and petrochemical industries in our country have faced the competition with multinational corporations,and been in a severe situation. China is relatively short of oil and gas resources,so that it is necessary to take a series of measures to improve the competitive power,such as fully utilizing the foreign oil and gas resources,establishing oil reserve,developing scale economy,strengthening the brand consciousness,enlarging the cooperation,speeding up the pace of technological innovations,raising the level of marketing,decreasing the production cost,etc. For self-protection,it is also necessary to making use of regulations made by WTO.
