环氧乙烷反应器泄漏原因分析与处理

摘    要:通过对环氧乙烷反应器C-11环焊缝开裂现象的分析,确认低合金高强度淬火钢高残余应力焊缝在高温锅炉水中的应力腐蚀是造成反应器环焊缝开裂的主要原因。采用打磨消除裂纹后,用低匹配手工氩弧焊打底、等强度焊条手工电弧焊填充和盖面,焊前150℃预热和焊后350℃消氢等焊接工艺,对焊缝进行了修复。在工艺控制方面采取更换药剂以降低钠离子和溶解氧质量浓度以减少引起应力腐蚀的锅炉水溶质。

Abstract:Based on analysis of cracking of C - 11 circumferential weld of ethylene oxide reactor,it determined that the main cause of cracking of the welding line is stress corrosion of the low - alloy high - strength quenched steel high residual stress welding line in the high temperature boiler water.After polishing for eliminating the crack,the welding line was recovered though root - welding of low - matched manual argon arc welding,fill welding and cap welding of manual arc welding with welding rods of the same ...
