The paper discussed the method of , and the practical problems in techno-economic evaluation inthe case of that "the Chinese side becomes shareholder with existing owner's rights and interests, theforeign side invests capital and technology with an equivalent ratio, and both sides of investors establish joint ventures on the basis of existing production equipment or enterprises.
