低聚合度聚醋酸乙烯合成与反应液流变特性

摘    要:以甲醇为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,四氯化碳为链转移剂,制备不同浓度、不同聚合度的低聚合度的聚醋酸乙烯(PVAc)反应液。用流变仪测定不同温度下反应液的黏度,研究了反应液黏度随温度、PVAc质量分数和聚合度的变化规律。结果发现,反应液黏度与温度的关系符合Arrhenius方程,反应液黏度的对数与PVAc质量分数的对数成正比,与聚合度的关系符合Mark-houwink方程,并由此得到反应温度下反应液黏度与PVAc质量分数和聚合度的关系式。

Abstract:Low polymerization degree PVAc reaction liquid with different consistencies and polymerization degrees was prepared with methanol as solvent, zaodiisobutyronitrile as initiator, and carbon tetrachloride as chain transfer agent. The viscosity of reaction liquid under different temperatures was measured with rheometer, and the changing rule of viscosity of reaction liquid with temperature, PVAc mass fraction and polymerization degree was studied. Result showed that the relation between viscosity and temperature of reaction liquid accorded with Arrhenius equation, the logarithm of viscosity of reaction liquid was proportional to logarithm of its PVAc mass fracyion, and its relation with polymerization degree accorded with Mark - Houwink equation. The relational expression between viscosity of reaction liquid and mass fraction and polymerization degree of polymers under certain temperature was concluded thereof.
