| 摘 要： | 中国工业已经进入必须依靠结构转型升级推动发展的新阶段。尽管十一五时期中国工业结构的调整取得了明显进展,但制约和影响工业结构转型升级的问题仍然突出。本文通过对未来5年的发展条件和政策环境等因素进行综合分析,提出了十二五时期中国工业结构变化趋势的若干判断,并从深化体制改革、完善产业政策和优化发展环境等方面,明确了引导和推动工业结构转型升级的相关政策措施。
