产业链形成机制研究--"4+4+4"模型

产业链是一个包含价值链、企业链、供需链和空间链四个维度的概念。这四个维度在相互对接的均衡过程中形成了产业链。这种“对接机制”是产业链形成的内模式，作为一种客观规律．它像一只“无形之手”调控着产业链的形成。反映在实践中。除了这只“无形之手”．还有“企业内部调控”、“市场结构和行业间的调控”和“政府的宏观调控”这三只“有形之手”对产业链的形成进行调控。“无形之手”和“有形之手”的“握手”过程就是现实中对产业链进行“四维调控”的过程和产业链的形成过程。即产业链形成的外模式。产业链外模式的主要表现形式有四种：市场交易式、纵向一体化、准市场式和混合式产业链。四维对接、四维调控以及四种具体模式就构成了说明产业链形成机制的“4＋4＋4”模型。

The concept of industry chain includes four dimensionalities,namely,value chain,enterprise chain,supply-demand chain and space chain.Four dimensionalities should be accorded with each other.The industry chain comes into being on the harmonization of four dimensionalities.It is the internal rule and form model of industry chain mechanism.Certainly,it is as an objective rule to control the form of industry chain just like an immateriality hand.Furthermore,the control of enterprise,industry-structure and government are the external rule and form model of industry chain mechanism.They are like visible hands to control the form of industry chain.The invisible hand shakes hand with visible hands and forms the industry chain.That is the form mechanism of industry chain.There are four types of industry chain,namely,marketing,all-in-one,half-marketing and commix industry chain.They are exhibition format of external mechanism model of industry chain.The"4 4 4"(four dimensionalities,four control,four types)model can explain the form mechanism of industry chain very good and give a whole analysis framework of it.
