神东公司集成管理研究

本文认为中国煤炭企业管理的弊端在于缺乏必要的集成，而从技术集成到管理集成再到集成管理，既反映了企业创新模式发展的历史轨迹，又体现了信息时代技术与管理相融合的新特点。并通过对神东公司集成管理及其形成的实证研究，证明这一发展轨迹也正是采用传统技术和组织管理模式的企业进行技术与管理创新的正确路径选择。
