加入世界贸易组织后，我国中小企业已经开始面临着前所未有的严峻考验，我们必须勇敢面对，积极迎接各种即将到来的挑战，牢牢把握我国经济大发展的主动权。就政府而言，主要是按照世界贸易组织规则和新的职能体系，对内资中小企业实行国民待遇，使包括外资中小企业在内的所有中小企业都有一个平等的外部环境，就内资中小企业而言，更需通过多种努力增强竞争能力，在激烈竞争的市场环境中不断发展壮大。

China's WTO Accession: Impact on its Small and Medium Enterprises and Countermeasures

Small and medium enterprises(SMEs) in China are facing most severe situation. We have to accept various challenges and seize opportunities for developing the national economy. As far as the government concerned, domestic invested SMEs should obtain national treatment in order to realize a fair external environment for both domestic and foreign invested SMEs. As far as SMEs, people of SMEs should make great efforts to raise its competence and to be developed under the sharp competition in market economy.
