长江三角洲地区高新技术产业一体化发展研究

目前，国内外高新技术产业呈现出一体化发展的特征。高新技术产业的一体化发展，可以形成强大的集聚与扩散效应，并促进更大空间范围新型工业化的进程。长江三角洲地区目前已经具备高新技术产业一体化发展的基本条件，但也存在着若干限制性因素。从空间经济和区域一体化发展的角度看，目前长江三角洲地区高新技术产业一体化发展的主要途径是优化空间结构和产业结构、加快二级城市的发展速度、促进创新体系的形成和加强制度建设以促进一体化发展。

Research in the Development of New High-tech Industry Integration in the Changjiang Delta

High-tech industry is one of the contents of new types of industrialization. At home and abroad,the tendency of the high-tech has taken on a certain appearance, as a symbol for integration development. The integration development of the high-tech have an effect of focusing and scattering, thus accelerates the construction progress of the new types of industrialization. In the Changjiang Delta,there have been some basic conditions for integration development,while still restrictive factors exsit. From the aspect of spatial economy and region integration, the main strategies to promote integration development for the high-tech economy in the delta are to optimize the spatial configuration and enterprise composition,to accelerate the development of the secondary cities,to impel the formation of intellectual systems and to enhance the regulation construction,so as to promote the integrative development.
