后家电下乡时代农村家电消费需求分析

本文以家电下乡为背景,以江苏省数据为例,针对家电下乡产品的消费支出受农民收入、家电产品价格、家电产品存量、家庭内部结构、政策因素等的影响进行了实证研究。研究表明,最高限价调整前,农民对于家电下乡产品的消费支出与农民收入、家庭人口规模、每一劳动力负担人口及对教育的重视程度呈负相关关系,而与家电下乡产品平均价格、家电产品存量及政府财政收入呈正相关关系;最高限价调整后,农民对于家电下乡产品的消费支出与农民收入、家庭人口规模及对教育的重视程度呈正相关关系,而与家电下乡产品平均价格、家电产品存量、每一劳动力负担人口及政府财政收入呈负相关关系。结合全国家电下乡资料,进一步研究发现,农村家电消费市场仍然潜力巨大,农民收入仍将是刺激农村家电消费的主要因素,政策因素在推动农民家电消费中的作用不可忽视,未来政府的类似补贴政策应更加注重地区间的公平性。

Rural Demand for Electronic Appliances in Post-subsidizing Period
