| 摘 要： | 技术是企业组织存在的基础。随着信息技术的发展和模块化技术成为主导技术，以及大规模生产向模块化生产的转变，从根本上动摇了层级制组织存在的技术基础．出现了适应模块化生产的新的生产组织形式——模块生产网络。
