| 摘 要： | 目前，以标准模块为基础的制造模式正在全球各产业迅速推开，进而推动了产业价值链以模块化为特征的重构。本文正是在此背景下，抓住产业价值链模块化重构过程中的核心问题——模块的价值决定，围绕决定模块价值的重要因素展开研究，以期捕捉其中的价值运动规律，为产业价值链的升级，也为产业价值链分工体系中的标准模块制造企业建立竞争优势、获取最大价值提供参照。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the trend of being widely used for the new manufacture model based on standard module has promoted the reorganization of industrial value chain. What will determine the value of a module and how the value will transfers along industrial value chain have become the key issues in the process of reorganization. This paper explain the connotations of manufacture network of standard modules, discusses the most important value-determinants of standard module, and then analyzes the new patterns of value distribution among different value links of industrial value chain. |
