国有企业产权制度改革路径及偏差

本文在试图突破现代西方产权经济学的基础上，提出了一个企业产权制度模型，推导出了企业产权制度的侵权性质，并以此为逻辑框架，对国有企业产权制度改革路径上的两个代表性的“节点”，即“放权让利”和建立现代企业制度进行了理论分析，认为国有企业产权制度改革，最成功的地方在于相对满足了企业私人产权的要求，最大的失误在于忽视了职工私人产权。如果职工私人产权不能随企业私人产权的扩大而扩大，国有企业产权制度改革就不可能取得成功。

Reform Path & Deviation of SOE's Property-right System

This article puts forward the property-right system model of an enterprise on the basis of attempting to break through modern western property right economics, derives out the tortious nature of enterprise's property right, and regards this as a logic frame, theoretically summarizes two representative "nodes" on the reforming path of the property-right system of state-owned enterprise, namely, "granting power and allowing keep a bigger share of profits"and setting up modern enterprise's system. Thinking the property-right system reform of state-owned enterprise up until now, the most successful place has lain in meeting enterprise's private property claim relatively,and the greatest fault has lain in ignoring workers' private property right. If workers'private property right is not expanded with enlargement of enterprise's private property right, the property-right system reform of state-owned enterprise cannot achieve success.
