| 摘 要： | 产业集群是产业网络诸多组织形态中的一种。由于地理临近性和紧密的网络关系,集群内企业的社会责任不再是一种"个体行为",从产业集群层面寻求合作共赢而共同推进社会责任建设已经成为必然趋势。因而,本文引入"网络组织"分析视角,提出了"产业集群社会责任"的概念。在此基础上,提出了基于"Hub节点企业"助推的产业集群社会责任"层级建设"模式,首先利用网络分析工具,构建产业集群Hub节点企业识别指数,继而提出遵循产业集群"点式—链式—网式"社会责任建设的层级推进模式。

| Abstract: | Industrial cluster is one of industrial network organizations.Owing to proximity and network relationship,the construction of corporate social responsibility is not an individual behavior in the cluster.Therefore,it is significant to promote industrial cluster social responsibility based on win-win cooperation mechanism.Consequently,ICSR,which is short for industrial cluster social responsibility,is defined.On the basis,the hierarchy construction of ICSR based on the boost of hub enterprises is suggested.According to the network analysis method,the identify index of hub node in cluster network is suggested,based on which,the hierarchy construction mechanism of ICSR following on node-chain-network social responsibility is studied in the paper. |
