跨国公司子公司定位研究--从科层范式到网络范式的演化

全球化浪潮和网络组织发展推动了跨国公司子公司定位由传统科层范式向网络范式演化。本文在对子公司定位的演化路径、动因和理论根基进行分析的基础上,研究了当前定位转变对跨国公司治理模式选择的挑战和企业相应的变革对策。文章最后对新时期中国引进外资的政策和中国跨国公司治理模式的选择提出相关的政策建议。

Research on the MNC Subsidiary's Orientation: Evolvement from Hierarchical Paradigm to Network Paradigm

The globalization tide and the development of networks promote the MNC subsidiary's orientation evolvement from hierarchical paradigm to network paradigm.The thesis reviews the path,causations and theoretical groundwork of MNC subsidiary's orientation evolvement,analyzes the challenge of the subsidiary orientation transition on the MNC governance pattern and the innovation measures.Finally,the thesis gives some advice on the foreign capital importation policy of China and the Chinese MNCs' governance pattern.
