| 摘 要： | 作为在企业中普遍存在的现象,企业灰色政治却很少或并未被纳入企业治理理论研究的范畴。本文尝试从企业灰色政治及其形成的要因与机理入手,揭示了企业灰色政治与企业文化及企业经济之间的内在联系,并基于企业治理的视角,提出了关于企业灰色政治解构的基本治理体系,以期更深层次的思考与研究。

| Abstract: | Though it widely exists in the enterprise, enterprise grey politics has been seldom and even never been included in the theoretical study of enterprise governance. This paper attempts to uncover the interrelation among the enterprise grey politics, enterprise culture and enterprise economy starting with the enterprise grey politics and its key factors and mechanism. Furthermore, from the perspective of the enterprise governance, we put forward the basic governance system for the disintegration of enterprise grey politics, seeking to think and study into deeper levels. |
