| 摘 要： | 通过分析中国就业弹性变化趋势和特点，产业结构变化与就业以及劳动力价格变化与就业等之间的关系，本文尝试回答经济增长能否创造出足够多的就业机会，经济增长和就业之间的关系将呈现怎样的发展趋势等问题，同时，根据对就业弹性变化趋势的研究，文章在最后还简要分析了WTO的就业效应。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the trends of employment elasticity, the relationship between the change of economic structure and employment, the relationship between price change of labors and employment, this paper intends to shed light into such questions as how economic growth will affect employment and how the relationship between economic growth and employment will change etc. At last, the paper also briefly talks about the impacts of China's WTO accession on employment in the light of its analysis of change of employment elasticity. |
