中国工业现代化水平的基本测评

本文构造了工业现代化水平评价指标体系和指数,应用该指标体系评价了世纪之交的中国工业现代化水平,计算出中国工业现代化水平综合指数为28.72。分析测评结果表明,经过改革开放20余年的快速工业化进程,虽然中国工业现代化水平与工业现代化国家还相差较远,但中国工业现代化进程已经起步,正处于初期发展阶段。中国工业进一步发展的战略核心应是在进一步加快工业化步伐过程中积极推进工业现代化进程,以提高工业现代化水平来促进工业化进程向高级阶段发展。

An Assessment of the Level of Industrial Modernization in China

This paper bring up a series of criterions and the index of assessing the level of the industrial modernization, and then particularly assess the level of the industrial modernization in China. The resulte of the assesesment is that the index of the level of the industrial modernization in China is 28.72, which means China has steped into the first stage of the process of the industrial modernization after 20 years carriing out the reforming and opening policy. The core strategy futher developing the industry of China is moving forward coordinately the industrialization and the industrial modernization.
