Enterprises Clusters' Competitive Advantage: Resource Integration and Structure Analysis

This thesis tries to integrate resource-based view (RBV) and SCP model to explain competitive advantage of clusters. Unique resource and capability lead to a competitive advantage. As a middle organization, clusters derive competitive advantages from their resource gift and resource integration capability. Clusters' scale and structure affect clusters' competitive advantage. Enterprises coopetition conduct and clusters' structure interacts, which affect clusters' competitive advantage dynamically.
