| 摘 要： | 中国工业生产技术的现代化既是提高生产效率和资源配置效率的主要途径，也是工业化的基本前提和主要表现。本文在明确工业技术进步与工业现代化关系的基础上，分析了我国工业技术水平与国外的差距及其原因，提出提高我国工业技术进步水平与创新能力、推进我国工业现代化进程的对策。

| Abstract: | The upgrading and modernization on industrial technique is the main road to improve productivity and efficiency of total factors elements in the process of modern economic growth. This paper confirms the close relations between the upgrading of industrial technique and the modernization of the whole industry. The big gap of industrial technique between China and the advanced industrial countries due to different development level and technique system means China must pay more attention on R&D investment and technique innovation system reform. The paper gives some policy suggestions on how to improve China's industrial technique in order to accomplish the modernization of industry. |
