摘    要:本文简要概述了非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(NIPU)的研究进展,并介绍了其在涂料、胶黏剂、泡沫、纳米材料等领域的最新应用和工业化动态。NIPU因含分子内氢键而比传统聚氨酯具有更好的加工性能、水解稳定性、低渗透性及良好的耐化学腐蚀性,消除了传统聚氨酯材料的制造和使用过程中异氰酸酯给健康和环境带来的损害。因此,NIPU的应用前景将越来越广泛。

Abstract:In this paper, research progress of nonisocyanate polyurethane (NIPU) is introduced. Then the application and industrialization progresses of NIPU are introduced in the fields of coating, adhesive, foam and nanometer materials. Because of its intramolecular hydrogen bonds, NIPU has better performance in machinability, hydrolytic stability, low permeability and chemical resistance than traditional polyurethane.Without isocyanates, NIPU has lower harm to environment and human health. Thus there will be a great prospect of the application of NIPU.
