基于振动测试的印刷机滚筒轴向串动研究

摘    要:印刷滚筒采用斜齿轮传动是现代印刷机的基本要求,该传动过程中必然在轴线方向产生一个分力,这个分力会使滚筒在轴向方向上产生一个较小的位移,即轴向串动。印刷过程中,滚筒的轴向位移量过大或过小,都会对印刷品产生不良影响,滚筒的轴向串动量成为鉴定印刷机性能的重要指标之一。为了在高速运转情况下,有效地掌握和控制滚筒轴向串动量,本实验采用激光多普勒测振仪,以某四色印刷机作为测试对象,通过合理地在滚筒上选定测点,采集了橡皮滚筒、压印滚筒及传纸滚筒的轴向振动信号,并通过求积分,得到各滚筒在不同速度下的轴向串动量,并进行了分析,结果显示印刷速度越高,同种滚筒的轴向串动量越大,表明串动量的大小跟印刷速度有关。在相同速度下,橡皮滚筒与压印滚筒、传纸滚筒的串动量差距较大,表明滚筒串动量大小跟滚筒的装配结构有关。测试结果与滚筒实际结构和装配情况一致,可作为控制滚筒串动量大小的依据。

Abstract:Printing cylinder driven by helical gear is the basic requirements of the modern press.Helical gear transmission necessarily produces a component force in axial.It brings a small displacement in axial to the cylinder,that is,axial pulsation. If the axial displacement is too small or too large during the printing process,it will have harmful effects on printed matter.At the same time,the axial momentum of the cylinder is one of the important performance standards to determine printing press.The modern high-speed printing press has a higher requirement on mechanic properties and axial bounce.In this paper,Axial pulsation of the press cylinders was tested and analyzed using laser Doppler vibrometer in order to effectively master and control the axial displacement in the case of the press running with high-speed.With four-color offset press as the test objects,and measurement points on the cylinder shaft end face were selected.Vibration signals of the blanket cylinders, impress cylinders and transfer cylinders were collected.Then the axial displacement of the cylinders through quadrature method was obtained.The result shows that the higher the printing speed is,the larger the axial displacement of the same type cylinder will be,which indicates that the axial displacement of the cylinders has something to do with the printing speed.At the same speed,the blanket cylinder has a larger axial displacement than impress cylinder and transfer cylinder. Which indicates that the axial displacement of the cylinders has connection to the cylinder assembly structure.Test data is according well with the actual structure and assembling condition,which can be considered as the theoretical basis to control the axial displacement of cylinder.
