摘    要:为了保证栅格文字的印刷效果,通常需要在印前对栅格文字的笔画粗细进行调整。本文提出一种亚像素级调整方法,基于栅格文字的邻域窗口分析,做到范围和方向的可控调整。该方法将栅格文字图看做前景文字和背景图层叠加的结果,执行图文分离,计算文字部分各点的浓度值,并通过邻域内笔画形态分析,调整其浓度。调整后的文字效果可以类比矢量文字的调整效果,并且适用于全局或任意方向(如纵向、横向、斜向等)的笔画粗细调整。实验表明该方法效果良好,很有实用价值。

Abstract:In order to ensure printing quality of text content in grid image,it is necessary to adjust the thickness of characters in the pre-press.In this paper,a sub-pixel adjustment method was presented based on analysis of characters' neighborhood pixel information to control the scope and direction of the adjustment.With the new method,grid character image was considered as a combined result of a foreground character layer and a background image layer.By performing the steps of separating characters from background,calculating ink density of each pixel of characters,adjusting each pixel's ink density by analysis of neighborhood stroke shape,the result was achieved which could simulate the effects performed by vector methods. The method can be adapted to global or any certain direction(e.g.vertical,horizontal,diagonal,etc) thickness adjustment. Experimental results show that the method can achieve excellent results and is proved to be very practical.
