The orientation of designing toys for children with paropsia

It is said that eye is the window to heart. People acquire 80% information with eyes, which are vitals to understand and contact society. It is investigated that there are 82.96 thousand handi- capped in China, of which 12.33 thousand are paropsia, taking up of 14.86%. There are about 450 thousand blinds and 1.35 thousand people with amblyopia in every year in China. In Chinese mainland, 49.2% of 181 thousand children with paropsia during the age of 0-14 are blind, while 78.1 thousand are blind during the age of 6-14.
