2010年中国石油工业综述

2010年,中国石油工业再创骄人业绩国内原油产量首次突破2亿吨;天然气产量再创历史新高并实现两位数增长;炼油总产能突破5亿吨/年;油气管道总长度达到约8.5万千米,四大战略通道格局基本形成;国际合作快速拓展,权益油产量首破6000万吨;国内油气勘探开发和炼化对外合作项目明显增加;各石油公司与地方政府及相关企业的战略合作继续加强。为提高核心竞争力,进一步整合资源,一批专业性公司或研究机构相继成立;石油科技创新取得重大进展,数项科技成果获国家大奖。中国三大石油公司发展质量大幅改善,规模实力、盈利能力和在世界大企业中的地位显著提升,全面完成了＂十一五＂确定的各项目标和任务,为＂十二五＂及更长远发展奠定了坚实基础。

Review of China's petroleum industry in 2010

China’s oil industry’s performance in 2010 was remarkable: domestic crude oil production exceeded 200 million tons for the first time; natural gas production hit a record high with double- digit growth; general refining capacity exceeded 500 million tons a year; the total length of gas and oil pipelines reached 85 thousand km strategically configured into 4 main channels; international cooperation has expanded considerably and equity- oil production exceeded 60million tons for the first time; international cooperation projects in oil exploration and refining significantly increased; and strategic cooperation between the oil companies and local governments continued to strengthen. To enhance core competitiveness and integrate resources, a large number of professional service companies and research institutes have been established; there was significant progress in oil technology innovation and many science and technology achievements were recognized with national awards. The development capability of Chinese 3 oil majors has significantly improved, reaching the scale, strength, profitability and status of the world’s largest companies. The 3 Chinese oil majors have reached all the goals and targets of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, and have set a solid foundation for the Twelfth Five-Year Plan and longer-term development.
