新疆人口分布与水资源承载力协调的量化评价与分析

本文基于人口与水资源承载力的分析，发现新疆协调盈余类和协调发展类的县（市）域水资源恰好承载了现有的一部分超载人口，但失调类地区的人口严重超载，水资源短缺，人口分布与水资源承载力严重不协调。因此，只能通过调水、节水和控制人口，以及合理开发和配置水资源来提高水资源的控制和利用能力，缓解入水矛盾。

An Quantitative Assessment and Analysis of Coordination of Xinjiang's Population Distribution and Water Resources Carrying Capacity

Based on the analysis of population and water resources carrying capacity, water resources of the county （city） in Xin- jiang just bears a part of overloading existed population by coordinating the surplus class type and the development type. Howev- er, water shortages make population distribution a serious lack of coordination with the water resource carrying capacity since the population seriously overloaded quantity in the imbalance areas. Therefore, only by easing the contradiction between man and wa- ter only by water diversion, water conservation and population control, rational development and allocation of water resources, as well as improving capacity of water control and utilization can solve the conflict between water and human being.
