| 摘 要： | 天山北坡经济带地处欧亚大陆腹地,地缘关系与战略地位极其突出,但近年来土地利用结构变化显著:草地被大面积开垦,土地退化,生态环境恶化等。本文通过对天山北坡经济带2001年-2004年土地利用变化情况进行分析,阐明了土地利用结构变化的驱动力因素,从而为新疆天山北坡经济带制定有关土地政策和调整计划提供借鉴,也为土地资源可持续利用和生态环境保护奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The structure of land use changed from the year 2000 to 2004 in economic belt on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains.The driving causes of the change of land use were population growth,development of society,and influence of structural change of industry.And this will provide reference for land policy-making and plan-adjusting of the slope and lay the foundation for sustainable use of land resources and ecological environment protection. |
