| 摘 要： | 本文对新疆金融生态环境的综合评价从定性与定量两个方面进行。定量评价方法采用多因素评估法；定性评价所含内容有金融法律法规的完善程度和执行状况、政策对金融活动的支持程度等。把定量与定性评价结合起来，得出金融生态环境质量得分模型，从而对新疆金融生态环境进行综合评价。本文旨在为新疆金融生态环境的评价以及金融生态环境的研究做出一个尝试性的探讨，为进一步研究和实践打下基础。
