| 摘 要： | 产业联盟是产业共性问题内部化的组织,是企业获取外部资源的重要手段。本文在广泛阅读国内外相关文献的基础上,系统回顾与总结了国内外产业技术创新战略联盟运行机制的研究情况,并提出今后研究中应注意的问题,以期为推动产业技术创新战略联盟的健康运行提供具有应用价值的参考。

| Abstract: | The strategy alliance for industrial technology innovation is the organization of making industry’s common problems internalization,and is the important means for the enterprises to get the external resources.Based on extensive reading related domestic and abroad literature,this article scientifically reviews and summarizes the studies on the operation mechanism of the strategy alliance for industrial technology innovation,and puts forward the problems that should be noticed on study in the future,so as to provide the valuable reference for promoting the healthy operation of the strategic alliance. |
