| 摘 要： | 产业集成是传统产业与新兴产业优势互补和集成创新的过程，有利于提高资源利用效率和实现经济效益集成递增。利用九因素模型工具，分析了云南水资源各产业部门的发展程度，提出了产业集成发展的路径，并从运行机制、法律法规、市场化、创新体系、公众参与等方面提出了建议。

Development for the Industrial Integration of Water Resources in Yunnan Based on the Nine Factor Model |

| Abstract: | The industrial integration is the process of complementary and integrated innovation among traditional industries and emerging industries, and it could improve the efficiency of resource utilization and realize the integration of economic benefits. This paper analyzes the development levels and guide the roadmap of industrial integration with the use of the nine factor model, for the industries of water resources in Yunnan province. Finally, some suggestions are proposed on the industrial integration, including operating mechanism, laws and regulations, market oriented, innovation system, and public participation. |
