主体功能区生态补偿机制研究综述

发展和完善主体功能区生态补偿机制,对于实现不同主体功能区差异化的协同健康长效发展和推进生态文明建设的顺利推进均具有重要意义。通过对主体功能区生态补偿相关研究的系统梳理整合,重点对国外区域规划发展变迁、国内主体功能区规划相关研究以及主体功能区与生态补偿的相关理论基础、辩证关系、补偿方式等方面的研究进展进行总结分析,在此基础上指出已有研究所存在的不足,并提出进一步的研究方向。

Review of the Research on Ecological Compensation Mechanism of Main Functional Region

The development and improvement of the ecological compensation mechanism of the main functional region is great significance for realizing the coordinated and healthy long-term development of different main functional regions and promoting the smooth implementation of the construction of ecological civilization. Through the systematic combing and integration of the research on ecological compensation of the main functional region, this paper focuses on the research progress of the development and change of regional planning in foreign countries, the related research of the main functional region planning in China, the related theoretical basis, dialectical relationship and compensation mode of the main functional region and ecological compensation. Finally, points out the shortcomings of the existing research institutes and put forward the further research direction.
