| 摘 要： | 当前服务化成为制造企业获取竞争优势的关键手段和发展方向。通过对制造业服务化的实践发展与现有成果进行系统梳理,剖析制造业服务化的内涵与特征,遵循服务化的动因、过程机理和结果的逻辑主线,总结提出制造业服务化逻辑框架与关键研究问题。

| Abstract: | Currently servitization has become the key means and development direction for manufacturing enterprises to obtain competitive advantages. By systematically sorting out the practical development and existing achievements of servitization of manufacturing industry, the connotation and characteristics of servitization of manufacturing industry are analyzed, and the logic main line of servitization''s motivation, process mechanism and results is followed, and the logic framework and key research problems of servitization of manufacturing industry are summarized. |
