In order to make airlines more aware of the operation of their fleet, ensure that the initial planning of the fleet can make a profit in a short period of time.Based on the ERP model, this paper analyzes the economics of small and medium-sized airline fleet operations, selects the fleet operation data of a small and medium-sized airline from 2012 to 2017, and calculates the annual net cash flow and net present value of the fleet within 5 years. The airline''s operating plan is economically viable and provides experience for the development of small and medium-sized airlines in China.
