以腹腔镜为例分析我国医疗器械再制造特点

首先，概括了2001-2015年中国以及全球医疗器械的市场销售情况，分析了国内外医疗器械行业及其再制造特点，得出国内外医疗器械再制造市场前景可观的趋势。其次，以腹腔镜医疗设备作为范例，通过层次分析法 (AHP) 科学论证了腹腔镜医疗设备各运行成本的权重，结果表明医疗器械设备折旧费所占的比重最大，医疗器械再制造能够节约较大成本。最后，以腹腔镜医疗器械再制造的流程图为基础，总结出适合医疗器械再制造的流程框架。首次系统分析了医疗器械再制造特点，为我国医疗器械再制造行业提供了一定理论基础。

Research on Characteristics of the Medical Equipment Remanufacturing in China by Analyzing the Case of Laparoscope

Firstly, this paper summarized the market sales of medical equipment in China and global from 2001 to 2015, respectively. The situation of the medical devices industry and the characteristics of its remanufacturing at home and abroad were also analyzed. It reveals that the trend of medical equipment remanufacturing market is promising. Secondly, with laparoscopic medical equipment as the example, the weight of each part of the operating costs in laparoscopic facilities was calculated scientifically by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results showed that the equipment depreciation cost in medical instrument accounts for the largest, and the medical equipment remanufacturing could save more cost. Finally, based on the flow chart of laparoscopic medical equipment remanufacturing, the remanufacturing process framework which was suitable for general medical equipment was concluded. The analysis in this paper would provide a certain theory basis for the medical equipment remanufacturing industry in China.
