| 摘 要： | 产业结构作为资源的转换器,是把各种投入要素转化为产品和劳务以满足社会需求。本文把产业结构优化看作一个动态经济系统进行研究,其实质是实现资源在各产业之间合理配置,并基于此建立了产业结构优化模型。在遵循指标体系建立原则的基础上,构建了产业结构优化指标体系,为产业结构优化提供了测度依据并指明了产业结构优化的方向。

| Abstract: | As the converter of resources, industry structure transforms kinds of factors input into goods and services to meet the social needs. This paper analyzed industrial structure as a dynamic economy system, aiming at realizing resources allocation among industries legitimately and constructed an optimizing model. On the basis of abiding by some fundamentals, an index system which offers an estimate of industrial structure and indicates a path to follow is founded. |
