| 摘 要： | 新能源产业具有绿色产出、环境改善及可持续性等绿色效益,其效益的实现受技术水平、市场机制和政策机制的共同影响,基于此可以通过利用已有市场机制、完善能源市场机制以及加强宏观调控机制等方式实现新能源的绿色效益,在加快推进发展新能源产业的同时,实现能源行业的可持续性发展。
