浅议创新人才培养

Discussion on the Cultivation of the Innovative Talent

At present the international competition depends on the competition of the innovative talents.Training and cultivating high quality innovative talents is the historical mission for the high education institutions.To achieve this mission,we would face the different kinds of challenges such as:establishing the innovative concepts,building up a group of creative teachers,creating the innovative campus atmosphere,informing the mode of our education and the means of teaching,furthermore,improving the assessment method.
