基于熵值法的区级新型城镇化评价指标体系研究

为了科学利用新型城镇化评价指标体系对西安市莲湖区进行指导和监督，明确发展不足、优化下一步发展目标，在明确西安市莲湖区发展特征及发展趋势的基础上，构建经济发展、社会进步、环境优化、文化传承等4个系统新型城镇化质量评价指标体系。运用熵值法对西安市各区县发展水平进行综合测度。结果表明，莲湖区在西安市排名第三，经济发展、环境优化方面存在不足。

The Evaluation Index System of New-urbanization on District Level Based on Entropy Method

In order to use the evaluation index system of urbanization to guide the development, to learn the deficiency and optimize the goal of next step of Lianhu District of Xi''an City, on the basis of making clear the present situation and developing trend of Lianhu District, the evaluation index system of new-urbanization was constructed including economic development, social progress, environmental optimization and the cultural heritage. The entropy method was used to measure the development level of each county in Xi''an. The results showed that the Lianhu District ranked third in Xi''an, and had some deficiencies in the economic development and environmental optimization.
