基于灰色理论和AHP的中心城市科技竞争力预测研究

首先建立了科技竞争力的指标体系，并利用层次分析法确定指标权重，进而采用灰色预测法对我国主要中心城市十二五末期科技竞争力进行了预测。结果表明，届时城市科技竞争力都有所提升，城市科技竞争力出现新的格局，并表现出创新水平“收敛”、发展不平衡等一系列新特点。

Forecasting Study on Competitiveness in Science and Technology of Central City Based on Gray System Theory

Firstly, this paper established the index system of competitiveness in science and technology , and make use of AHP to determine weights, and then use the gray prediction method to forecast the competitiveness in S&T of major cities in China on twelfth five-year late. The results show that the pattern of competitiveness in science and technology happen emergence, and show a series of new features, such as the convergent of innovation, and the unbalance development etc.
