基于产业集群与科技园区互动的高新技术产业发展战略研究——以湖南湘潭市为例

产业集群与科技园区互动是高新技术产业发展的必然选择。形成湖南湘潭市高新技术产业发展滞后的一个重要原因是尚未形成产业集群与科技园区互动发展的局面。基于此,本文结合长株潭一体化的宏观背景,探讨了湘潭高新技术产业集群与科技园区互动发展的基本思路、产业重点和园区布局,并提出了基于产业集群与科技园区互动的高新技术产业发展战略选择。

Research on the Development Stratagem for the High-tech Industry based on the Inter-activities Between the Industrial Clusters and Tech Park——An example from Xiangtan Hunan province

It is a necessary choice for the industrial clusters and tech park to inter-act with each other.The development of the high-tech industrial in Xiang-tan Hu-nan province is relatively slow.The most important reason for this phenomenon is that the inter-activities between the industrial clusters and tech park is not formed.Based on this point and considered of the background of the integration of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan,the basic consideration of the inter-activities between the industrial clusters and tech park in xiangtan is discussed as well as the stress of industry and the layout of the tech park.A strategic choice for the high-tech industrial development based on the inter-activities between the industrial clusters and tech park is presented.
