智慧电厂建设架构规划研究

摘    要:5G网络与大数据等技术的发展推动着工业生产领域的智慧化进程,智慧电厂建设需要结合前沿技术进行架构构建。结合H电厂具体情况,进行智慧电厂建设规划。借助数据空间大数据技术,构建全厂数据空间,打通电厂数据孤岛,形成统一综合数据平台。通过发电设备状态智能检测与实时数据分析,实现智慧机组管理。引入巡检机器人、盘库机器人等智能监测设备,实现电厂燃料、库存管理智能化。借助智能视频监测、智慧财务、智慧后勤等系统,实现电厂办公、生活智慧化。从数据空间、智慧机组、智慧燃料、智慧园区、智慧管理多角度全方位搭建智慧电厂建设架构。

Research on the Construction and Architecture Planning of Smart Power Plant
Abstract:The development of technologies such as 5G network and big data promotes the process of intelligentization in the field of industrial production. The construction of smart power plants needs to be combined with cutting-edge technologies for architecture construction. Based on the specific situation of H Power Plant, the construction planning of the smart power plant is carried out. With the help of data space big data technology, the whole plant data space is constructed, the power plant data island is opened up, and a unified comprehensive data platform is formed. Through intelligent detection of power generation equipment status and real-time data analysis, intelligent unit management is realized. The intelligent monitoring equipment are introduced such as inspection robots and warehouse robots to realize intelligent fuel and inventory management in power plants. With the help of intelligent video monitoring, intelligent finance, intelligent logistics and other systems, the power plant office and life are realized. From the perspective of data space, smart units, smart fuel, smart parks, and smart management, the construction structure of smart power plants is built in an all-round way.
