科技成果成熟度评价对于成果管理、价值评估、风险判断、成果转化路径的抉择具有重要意义.深度梳理中外相关研究成果,从技术、制造和商业3个维度视角,对当前科技成果成熟度评价体系的发展进行研究和评述,系统总结其发展特点和面临的问题,指出当前评价体系存在普适性差、评价信息分析机制不完善、商业市场维度研究不成熟等弊端.结合实践经验,系统提出今后相关研究方向和建议.

The Maturity Degree Assessment for Scientific and Technological Achievements Based on Three-dimensional Perspective: A Literature Review and Corresponding Suggestions

The maturity degree assessment for scientific and technological achievements is of great significance for technical achievements management, value assessment, risk judgment and transformation path selection. Based on different perspectives of technical, manufacturing and commercial, a review about the researches of maturity degree assessment for scientific and technical achievements is made, and the characteristics and problems of the assessment systems among the referred researches is summarized. It is noted that there are several shortcomings among the current assessment systems, such as lack of applicability, imperfection of information evaluating mechanism, and immaturity of related investigations from commercial and market perspectives. In the end, several corresponding suggestions for future research are put forward based on practical experience.
