摘    要:基于高质量发展的内涵构建评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS法计算2009—2018年中国30个省份的高质量发展综合分值,运用空间自相关分析方法和借助A rcGIS软件测度其空间关联性和空间格局演变规律.结果表明:时间序列上,各地区发展质量综合指数不高,均取值在0.1~0.7,整体呈波动上升趋势;空间格局上,省份间发展质量存在中低程度的空间正相关性,表现为高高(低低)集聚;高水平地区主要集中在北京、上海、浙江、江苏和广东,中低水平地区主要分布在中国中西部,呈现"东部高、西部低、中部中等"的空间格局.

Abstract:Based on the connotation of high-quality development, the evaluation index system was constructed, and the comprehensive score of high-quality development of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2018 was calculated by using the entropy weight TOPSIS method. The spatial autocorrelation analysis method and ARCGIS software were used to measure the spatial correlation and the evolution rule of spatial pattern. The results showed that, in terms of time series, the comprehensive index of development quality in each region was not high, with the value between 0.1 and 0.7, and the overall trend of fluctuation rises. In terms of spatial pattern, the quality of development among provinces was positively correlated with each other, which was manifested as high (low) agglomeration. The high-level areas were mainly concentrated in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong, while the medium-low-level areas were mainly distributed in central and western China, presenting a spatial pattern of "high in the east, low in the west and medium in the middle".
