As an important platform of implementing science and technology innovation policies and developing high-tech industries, high-quality development of high-tech zones had great significance for regional innovation driven development and industrial transformation and upgrading. Based on the statistical analysis of the relevant data of Sichuan High-tech Zones, analyzed the current development situation from various dimensions, summarized the existing problems from the aspects of innovation ability, development quality, opening level and sustainable ability, etc., the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting high-quality development of Sichuan High-tech Zones were put forward.
