| 摘 要： | 在创新越来越重要的今天，我国出台了很多支持创新的政策，而对政策的实施效果进行评价，是不断改善政策，使之更符合我国的国情并使之更加具有活力。梳理了国内外在科技政策评估方面的研究成果，以期能更好地为评估工作提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Today, with innovation becoming more and more important, China has introduced many policies to support innovation. And the evaluation of the effectiveness of policies is to continuously improve policies, and make policies more in line with our national conditions and more energetic. Therefore, we sorted out the research results in this field at home and abroad, with a view to providing a better reference for the evaluation work. |
