协同创新科技进步对东三省建筑业经济增长的贡献率

以黑龙江、吉林、辽宁（以下简称东三省）为例，通过选取2006-2015年东三省建筑业经济增长的数据作为样本数据，样本数据的处理采用的是面板数据进行处理，破除了传统的时间和截面相分离的障碍。运用C-D生产函数和索洛余值的算法，测算出协同创新科技进步对建筑业经济增长的贡献率。结果表明： 资本和劳动的弹性系数之和为1.08＞1，劳动力的贡献率为33.12%，资本投入的贡献率为62.07%，而科技进步的贡献率仅为4.81%，说明东三省的建筑业正处在一个小幅度规模效益增长的阶段。

Contribution of Collaborative Innovation of Science and Technology Progress to Economic Growth about Northeast Construction Industry

In Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning (hereinafter referred to as the northeast) as an example, the economic growth of northeast construction industry 2006-2015 years of data as the sample data, sample data processing is used for processing panel data, get rid of the traditional separation time and cross-section obstacles. Using the algorithm of C-D production function and Solow residual value, the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of collaborative innovation to the economic growth of construction industry is calculated. The results show that the =1.08 is greater than 1, the contribution rate of labor is 33.12%, the contribution of capital investment was 62.07%, and the progress of science and technology contribution rate is only 4.81%, indicating the Northeast construction industry is in a small scale growth.
