供暖企业上市公司经营绩效评价分析

供暖企业是国民经济的重要产业,是保障人民生活水平的基础产业。对供暖企业上市公司经营业绩综合评价及对比分析,对于上市公司的业绩管理具有十分重要的现实意义。本文运用主成分分析方法,构建评价指标体系,对我国供暖行业14家上市公司的经营业绩进行了综合评价,找出了经济效益因子、财务管理因子、资产管理因子、公司成长因子、社会贡献因子五大影响经营业绩的关键因子,并进行了相关分析。

Evaluation and Analysis of Production Efficiency of Heating Companies

Heating companies is the important industry of the national economy,also is the basic industry of people’s living standard.Comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis of production efficiency of listed heating companies is of great practical significance for the management of listed companies.This paper applied principal component analysis method,constructed evaluation index system,and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of production efficiency of 14 listed heating companies.It found out that economic efficiency、financial management、asset management、growth of company and contribution for society are the key factors which affect production efficiency,and carried out correlation analysis.
