基于信息传递的组织结构模块化方法研究

为建立模块化组织结构，提高组织工作效率，以新产品设计组织为例，基于设计结构矩阵，从组织成员之间信息传递的角度，构建了团队之间相似度计算模型；然后，介绍了谱聚类方法，并以团队之间相似性矩阵为基础对组织DSM进行聚类，得到优化后的模块化组织DSM。最后，通过案例分析，验证本文提出模型的有效性。

Analysis on Organization Structure Modular Approach Based on Information Transfer

In order to establish the modular organizational structure and improve the efficiency of organization, this paper builds the similarity calculation model between the new product development teams from the information-receiving and information-sending perspective based on an organization design structure matrix. Furthermore, this paper introduces the spectral clustering method and applies the spectral clustering algorithm to designing the modular organizational structure. Finally, an industrial example is provided to illustrate the proposed models.
